Our services

We are a person led provider. Our work helps people plan their own experiences!

We do not believe in a one size fits all model of care; our staff are trained using unique, responsive methods for each person ‘in house’.

How can we help you?

  • The Mayfield Trust has developed its outreach services over a many years’ establishing the trust and confidence of local families who need support for their loved ones. The term ‘Outreach’ can mean many different things, this is an umbrella term for a diverse range of support we can offer. Some families choose regular structured support each day, others prefer just weekends or even school holidays; each person is different, and we adopt person-centred approaches to encourage this.
